YOGA

At Moonlight Healing, I offer a range of yoga designed to help you connect with your breath, body, and mind. The classes include asana, pranayama, yoga Nidra, meditation, and personal sadhanas (private sessions). I also offer workshops and online training, allowing you to practice at your own pace and on your own schedule.

As a healer and yoga instructor, my goal is to help you bring breath and awareness to every movement, helping you tap into your inner wisdom and find greater balance and clarity in your life. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, I support and guide you on your journey towards greater physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
